The Banyumas Villas is looking for a skilled and motivated Engineering MEP professional to support the maintenance and operation of the property’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance is preferred
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Committed to maintaining safety and operational standards
• Willing to learn and grow professionally

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all facilities are functioning properly
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Maintain equipment and building systems according to preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
• Report maintenance requirements and support facility improvement projects
• Assist in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff
