Tamora Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Barista to join the pre-opening team and help build a great coffee experience from the beginning. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coffee, teamwork, and working in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista or in a similar role
• Able to join immediately
• Good English communication skills (a plus)
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Based in Bali

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages
• Maintain consistent drink quality based on company standards
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and ready for service
• Provide friendly and professional service to all guests
• Support daily operations during busy hours
• Assist in pre-opening setup and preparation of the bar
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations
