Lokale Pererenan is looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to maintain quality and consistency in food production
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to company standards and recipes
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Support smooth and efficient kitchen operations
• Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver excellent dining experiences
