Qualifications:

• Good technical knowledge in facility and equipment maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair all facilities, equipment, and systems
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ensure all equipment operates safely and effectively
• Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Support smooth and efficient daily operations
