The One Boutique Villa & Spa Seminyak is looking for a professional and service-oriented Guest Service Assistant to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support daily front office operations.

Qualifications:

• Male
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Creative, innovative, and responsible
• Capable of developing and executing work plans
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Up-to-date with technology and information systems

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with professional and friendly service
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Support front office and guest relations activities
• Maintain accurate guest information and operational records
• Assist in implementing service improvements and operational plans
• Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience throughout their stay
