Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Psychology/ HR Management/Related field / any major relevant experience.
• Min 1 year of experience in : Learning & Development / Organizational Development.
• Strong Communication skills, Analytical Thinking, Adaptibility, Creativity and Innovation.
• Public Speaking Confidence, Ability to identify TNA, Familiar with Microsoft Office, Fluent in English is a plus.
• Able to work under pressure & efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
