Santanera Bali is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Waiter to join our team in Canggu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 – 2 year of experience in the same position at a restaurant or hotel.
• Proven skill and knowledge relevant to the role.
• Available to join immediately.
• Good communication in English.
• Based in Bali.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional table service
• Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when required
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving concerns professionally
• Prepare and maintain table settings before, during, and after service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in accordance with company standards
• Follow all service procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to deliver a consistently high-quality dining experience
